1. Scope
SurfacedAI ("Provider") will design and build one website for the Client. Work beyond what is agreed is an add-on, quoted before it begins.
2. Fees & payment
One-time website build: $799, due up front to begin. The site goes live once the build fee is paid in full. This is a one-time fee — there are no monthly or recurring charges.
3. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional rounds are $150 each.
4. Timeline
Begins once Provider has the signed agreement, payment, and the materials and access needed. Client delays extend the timeline.
5. Ownership & delivery
Client owns the site and content once paid in full. Provider delivers a full export of the finished site at no charge so the Client can host it wherever they choose. The domain always belongs to Client.
6. Domain & accounts
Client owns and is responsible for their domain and grants access to connect it. Provider is not responsible for third-party outages.
7. Results & liability
Provider does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or AI visibility. Liability is limited to fees paid for the build. The build fee is non-refundable once work has begun. Governed by California law.
